Cindy helped us sell our house and find the perfect new house with a more space for our growing family. There were a lot of houses seen and several offers submitted along the way and Cindy was there helping us along the way. She also helped us buy our first house more than 5 years ago and there is no one else we would use. I can't recommend Cindy more highly.

Cindy Luoma could not have made the sell of our home go any smoother. She gave quality advice on what things to do to our home which made it stand out and sell quickly. She went above and beyond what needed to be done throughout the process. Cindy was always professional, available, and treated my husband and I as if we were her only clients. I suppose the best recommendation that I can give is being a repeat customer. My wife and I were randomly connected with Cindy through Zillow in 2016 when we purchased our first home in Columbia. But I asked Cindy to represent us again on purpose in 2021 when we sold that home and moved. Cindy consistently gave us solid advice and looked out for our interests. She drove to my home at 9 PM the night before closing to help me fix an issue. Great realtor.

Cindy was absolutely amazing through the entire home buying experience! As a young first-time buyer, the process was completely overwhelming, until I contacted Cindy. She was always professional while still being personable. She answered all of my questions without ever making me feel like a nuisance. Even after closing, she continues to make sure everything is still going okay (helped me hire contractors!). I couldn't have asked for a better realtor.

Highly highly recommend Cindy to everyone! We are an active duty military family that wanted to get our house in SC sold knowing we would not return there. Our property manager did not take care of our house well leading to over 15K worth of damages. Cindy was able to navigate all the headache with coordinating and repairing damages by bringing in more than one contractor to make sure we were getting the proper quote. Under her hard work, our house was sold quickly. She maintained contact with us, providing updates weekly and at times daily so we were alway in the loop to make all critical decisions.
